Meet-the-Teacher Picnic
September 5 @ 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Thursday, September 7, 5:00-5:30pm classrooms open 5:00-5:30pm so that students can receive desk assignments, meet teachers and classmates, and drop off school supplies (supply kits purchased through the school will be in classrooms). We will then enjoy a shared dinner at 5:30pm on the courtyard lawn. Bring your own chairs or picnic blanket. Fried chicken, plates, forks, and water will be provided.
See the shared dish assignments below, organized by family last name. Please bring enough food for two families, ready to serve, with serving utensils. There will be no access to the school kitchen. We will serve dinner at 5:30pm and your empty dishes will be waiting on the table for you to take home.
