Projects & Building Program

Cedar Tree had been teaching students in rented facilities for nearly a decade before it moved into its own property in Ridgefield, Washingtion, in September 2008. This beautiful 15-acre campus is viewed as a gift provided by the Lord and it is the school’s desire to use the campus to fulfill the school’s mission in serving its students and families.

The vision for Cedar Tree’s current campus was born in 2005 with a listing of desired components of property and facility. The school reviewed various properties throughout Clark County, eventually locating an ideal 15-acre parcel near the Fairgrounds in 2006, and purchased the property in 2007 upon receiving approval from the County. After a fast-paced construction project was completed just in time for the beginning of school in September 2008, Cedar Tree settled into its new location and is thankful to enjoy the additional space on which to build.

The school has completed Phase I and II of a Master Plan. Phase III will be the addition of a larger general assembly and gathering area, to be built when adequate funding is in place for such a project.  Until that time, the school will continue to make facility enhancements which are important to supporting the mission of the school. Such enhancements have included an expanded playground, improved play fields, and a growing garden.
