Current Building Program
Since obtaining approval of our Conditional Use Permit on September 5th, 2007, the Cedar Tree Facility Committee has been proceeding with construction of Cedar Tree School. This marks the end of our four year property search, and provides Cedar Tree with 15 acres of beautiful land minutes from I-5 in the southeast corner of Ridgefield, WA. The flat, tree-lined property, will provide Cedar Tree with the opportunity to work out its mission in a more stable and sustainable location and facility. Cedar Tree is currently constructing a paved road, parking lot, septic system, and providing power and water service to the site. This will provide the necessary foundation to open the school on this site in September 2008.
