Private education requires a commitment of time and investment of money. At times, the financial burden on families can be substantial. Therefore, Cedar Tree strives to assist families through these difficult times with scholarship funding.
Scholarship funds are largely derived from the school’s annual Hoop-a-Thon, which features students gathering pledges and shooting basketballs to raise money. This is a great opportunity for our families, friends, and neighbors to come together around a common cause of supporting education.
There are limited scholarship funds available for the upcoming school year. We ask that interested families (who have already completed enrollment for next year) fill out the scholarship form and submit it along with the requested attachments by April 15. The financial portion of the application is made online through FAST, a company that confidentially processes your family’s financial data and makes recommendations to Cedar Tree’s Board. The Board takes all of this information into account in its decisions regarding allocation of the available funds.
